Get ready for an unforgettable summer with our 2025 Summer Camp Series! In addition to our signature STEAM Camp—featuring 11 weeks of hands-on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math fun—we offer a diverse lineup of specialty camps tailored to spark every child’s curiosity and potential. Join our Research, Debate & Writing Summer Camp, Creative Writing Camp, Comic Writing Camp, and Next Gen Speech & Debate Camp to build powerful communication and critical thinking skills. For younger learners, the ESL Camp offers an engaging language immersion experience. Students preparing for academic challenges can enroll in the ISEE Lower Boot Camp or dive into journalism and storytelling in the New York Times Writing Competition Camp. Whether your child is entering Grade 1 or Grade 12, there's a camp designed just for them—combining learning, creativity, and summer fun!

2025 Summer STEAM Camp (Grade 1-8)

Pyramids

Week 1 - The Grand Blueprint (6/9-6/13)

From ancient wonders like the Pyramids to modern marvels such as the Burj Khalifa, the fundamental scientific principles of engineering remain unchanged. This course will explore these core principles through the lens of some of humanity's greatest architectural achievements. Students will delve into the engineering, culture, and construction behind these world wonders and share their discoveries. Your child will experience the awe and wonder that humans have felt for millennia when beholding massive cathedrals and towering skyscrapers.

Space Satellite

Week 2 - Beyond the Horizon (6/16-6/20)

Spark your students' curiosity about the cosmos with an exciting journey through space exploration! Uncover the stories of astronauts, astronomers, and the groundbreaking spacecraft that have expanded our understanding of the universe. Through hands-on learning and discovery, students will explore the Hubble and James Webb telescopes, Mars rovers, space shuttles, and more, deepening their understanding of space exploration and igniting a passion for the cosmos.

Week 3 - Elemental Odyssey (6/23-6/27)

Embark on an unforgettable journey from the Earth's core to the outer atmosphere, exploring the natural wonders that shape our planet! Through hands-on experiments, kids will learn about volcanoes, ecosystems, and the water cycle, discovering how life thrives in even the most extreme environments. This fun and educational camp experience will also focus on building survival skills, encouraging campers to share their discoveries, and inspiring curiosity and resilience.

Week 4 - Engineering Logic (6/30-7/4)

Ignite your child's passion for engineering with our Lego Builders program! This perfect blend of education and fun introduces young learners to the six simple machines that form the foundation of all complex engineering projects. Through hands-on building and communication exercises, students will develop a strong understanding of these fundamental concepts. Lego Builders is the ideal program for your budding engineer!

Week 5 - Abyss Explorers
(7/7-7/11)

Uncover the mysteries of the underwater world with Sea Safari! This program takes kids on an educational journey through the ocean's diverse ecosystems, from vibrant coral reefs to the deepest, darkest trenches. Students will learn about the fascinating creatures that inhabit these realms and discover answers to intriguing questions like, "Why is the ocean salty?" and "What is the largest animal of all time?" Through presentations and hands-on experiments, your child will develop a deep appreciation for the ocean's wonders.

Week 6 - Stellar Voyagers (7/14-7/18)

Ignite your child's curiosity about the cosmos! Through hands-on activities and engaging lessons, they'll explore the mysteries of the solar system, galaxy, and beyond. Aspiring astronauts will delve into cutting-edge rocket science from NASA and SpaceX, build a solar system model, and present their newfound knowledge.

Week 7 - Microscopic Marvels (7/21-7/25)

This week's lessons will zoom in on the miniature world around us, teaching students about life's building blocks in an engaging and interactive way. Through hands-on experiments, students will explore a world that's invisible to the naked eye and gain a deeper understanding of these tiny creatures.  The week will culminate in show-and-tell presentations where students can share their discoveries, and of course, microscope investigations!

Week 8 - Mystery Unraveled (7/28-8/1)

Embark on an unforgettable journey with Worldly Wonders! Your child will discover ancient wonders, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and awe-inspiring natural and man-made marvels from around the world. Through map reading, language practice, and cultural exploration, this course reinforces learning while providing an engaging and educational experience. Combining geography with practical skills, Worldly Wonders sparks curiosity and inspires a love of learning!

Week 9 - Elysian Wonders (8/4-8/8)

Embark on a global adventure with Worldly Wonders, where kids will discover ancient wonders, UNESCO World Heritage sites, and awe-inspiring natural and man-made marvels. This course combines geography with practical skills, reinforcing learning through map reading, language practice, and cultural exploration. Fun and educational, Worldly Wonders provides an engaging experience that inspires while deepening your child's understanding of the world.

Week 10 - Med Explorer
(8/11-8/15)

The human body is amazing, but sometimes we need a little help to stay healthy. This camp gives your child background about the medical profession and teaches your kid the importance of healthy living. How does a vaccine work? What is the immune system? Your child will take in these and other important facts while learning about the men and women who work to keep us healthy such as doctors, nurses, and Lab professionals.

Week 11 - Biosphere Chronicles (8/18-8/22)

Our planet comprises a wide array of diverse and intricate ecosystems, ranging from icy polar regions to lush jungles. Students will explore these complex systems and learn about the interconnectedness of plant and animal life within each ecosystem. Additionally, they will discover the critical role of conservationists in safeguarding these ecosystems and preserving the planet's beauty.

neXt gen Speech & Debate Camp (Grade 3-5 / 6-8)

Summer Speech & Debate Program helps students build essential communication, critical thinking, and argumentation skills while exploring real-world issues. Each week features a timely debate topic, allowing students to engage in structured discussions, research, and practice persuasive speaking—all guided by experienced coaches.

This program is ideal for students preparing for academic debate competitions, public speaking opportunities, or simply looking to strengthen their confidence and analytical abilities. Held at our Irvine campus, the camp provides a rigorous yet supportive environment to help students grow intellectually and personally.

Comics Writing Summer Camp in Irvine

Grades 3–5
July 28 – August 15

Monday–Friday | 3:00–5:00 PM

Explore storytelling through words and pictures in this 3-week Comics Writing Camp. Students will learn story structure, character development, and the language of comics while creating their own original illustrated stories. A perfect blend of writing and visual creativity to strengthen both language and narrative skills. By the end of the camp, each student will complete a fully developed, original comic project to showcase their creative growth.

Creative Writing Summer Camp in Irvine

Unleash your creativity and master the art of storytelling in this three-week intensive writing camp. Designed for middle school students, this program focuses on building strong writing fundamentals—from organizing ideas with clarity to enriching language and refining detail. Each week explores a different genre, helping students strengthen logical structure, express ideas precisely, and develop a polished writing style.

New York Times Writing Competition Camp

Join one of the most prestigious student writing competitions in the U.S.—The New York Times Summer Reading Contest. This intensive online camp prepares students ages 13–19 to write with clarity, relevance, and global awareness. Through daily deep reading of current news, critical prompt analysis, and weekly essay writing, students build the skills needed to stand out in academic and public discourse.
