    About the Position:
    We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Test Prep Instructor to join our dynamic teaching team. In this role, you will teach and support students preparing for the ISEE, SAT, and SAT exams through engaging lessons and individualized instruction. You’ll plan and implement targeted curriculum and materials that strengthen reading comprehension, writing, and verbal, reasoning skills. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, while employing a variety of instructional strategies to promote learning, confidence, and test-taking success.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Teach and guide students in English language concepts, reading comprehension, writing, and verbal reasoning to prepare for the ISEE, SSAT, and SAT exams

    About the Position:
    iLEARN Education is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Debate Coach with extensive tournament debate experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in teaching debate and preparing students for competitions across a variety of ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, and effective communication skills through competitive debate.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Assess students’ speech and language skills to determine appropriate debate placement levels

    • Teach public speaking and debate skills using iLEARN Education curriculum and lesson plans

    • Break down debate topics into age-appropriate language and guide students in preparing speeches, rebuttals, and cross-examinations

    • Conduct practices and drills to reinforce and evaluate students’ public speaking and debate skills

    • Manage and coordinate all logistics for debate competitions

    • Attend tournaments with students, providing coaching and strategic guidance during competition


    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a formal DEBATE COACH role with a focus in COMPETITIVE speech and debate COMPETITIONS (required)

    • Minimum 1 year coaching debate tournaments (required)

    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest techniques and best practices in public speaking and debate coaching

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance

    • Ability to educate and instruct students effectively, adapting to various learning styles and skill levels.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage classes, practices, and competitions.

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs for tracking student progress and managing logistics

    About the Position:
    The Academic Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining the excellence of iLEARN Education’s academic programs. This position combines educational expertise, curriculum development, and program evaluation, with a strong foundation in teaching English Language Arts (ELA) and curriculum development. The Academic Coordinator collaborates with instructors and staff to ensure curriculum quality, effective instruction, and positive communication with parents and students. Working closely with the Academic Director, this role helps drive consistency, quality, and innovation across all programs.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Curriculum Development and Modification: Support the development and ongoing refinement of course materials, ensuring they meet educational goals and maintain consistency

    • Collaborate with Staff: Partner with staff to ensure all course materials are high-quality, effective, and align with iLEARN Education’s standards

    • Class Monitoring and Quality Control: Observe classes to uphold instructional quality and provide instructors with constructive feedback

    • Teacher Meetings and Coordination: Organize and lead regular staff meetings to communicate curriculum updates, address challenges, and share best practices

    • Customer Service and Parent Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, using excellent customer service skills to provide student progress updates, answer questions, and address any concerns

    • Student Placement and Progress Tracking: Work with instructors to assess and place students in appropriate programs, making adjustments as needed to support individual growth

    • Class Schedule and Coordination: Manage the course schedule and communicate any changes to students, parents, and staff

    • Data Management: Track enrollment, attendance, and feedback data, using insights to recommend program improvements

    • Onboarding and Training: Assist with onboarding new instructors and provide training to maintain instructional consistency


    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.

    • Minimum 1 year in a formal teaching role (excluding substitute teaching) with a focus in teaching English Language Arts (ELA)
